Before we start, you will know how the price is set: a fixed price when the job can be assessed after the home visit, otherwise an approximate price or a price based on time and materials. All prices include VAT.

ROT deduction 2026
We take the ROT deduction straight off the invoice.
You only pay the rest, and we claim the payment from Skatteverket (the Swedish Tax Agency). All we need from you is your personal identity number (personnummer) and details of your home.

SEK 50,000maximum per person per year
The deduction only applies to the labour, not materials. The ROT deduction applies to renovation, conversion and extension of an existing home, not to new builds such as a completely new free-standing outbuilding. In a tenant-owned flat (bostadsrätt) it does not apply to the facade and balcony. You must own the home, have paid enough tax and not have used up your allowance for ROT and RUT deductions this year. If Skatteverket does not approve the full deduction, you pay the difference. If two people own the home and both pay, each of them can get a deduction of up to SEK 50,000. How much does a renovation cost?
It depends on how big the job is, which materials you choose and how much work is needed. After the free home visit, you will find out how the price is set: a fixed price when the job can be assessed on site, otherwise an approximate price or a price based on time and materials.
How soon can I get a home visit?
We usually reply within 1–2 days, and the home visit usually takes place within 1 day after we have spoken. The home visit is free of charge, and on site we look at the job, take measurements and answer your questions.
Can I get the ROT deduction?
Yes, if you meet the conditions. The ROT deduction applies to the labour cost. We take it straight off the invoice and claim the payment from Skatteverket. You will find the conditions under ROT deduction 2026 on this page.
How do I pay?
You pay in stages as the work progresses, not all at once. Before we start, we talk you through how this will work for your particular job.
Can I send photos first?
Yes, please do. Send photos of the room via WhatsApp or by text to 070-006 48 99, so we know more about the job before we even arrive.
Do you arrange electrical and plumbing work?
Yes, together with our partner companies: an electrical company and a plumbing company. Before we start, we talk you through how the work and the invoicing are split.
Are you insured?
Yes. We have liability insurance and contractor’s all-risk insurance with Trygg-Hansa. The liability insurance applies if we were to cause injury to a person or damage to property during the work. The all-risk insurance applies to sudden and unforeseen damage to the work itself while it is in progress. Both apply according to the policy terms, and we are happy to show you the insurance certificate before the work starts.
Do you work outside Helsingborg?
Yes. We work in Helsingborg, Höganäs, Ängelholm, Landskrona, Åstorp, Bjuv, Lund, Malmö, Staffanstorp and the rest of Skåne.
